Our Proposals
Central Park Estate today
Central Park Estate is a 20-acre industrial park located alongside Staines Road in Cranford, hosting around 155,000 sq ft of industrial warehousing and home to a range of largely airport-related industrial and logistics businesses. The industrial park was first built in 1990, extended in 2008 and refurbished in 2018.
The Estate is owned by AIPUT (Airport Industrial Property Unit Trust) a specialist investment fund managed by Tritax, which invests in and develops airport-related industrial facilities.
AIPUT’s current tenants at Central Park Estate include key local employers such as DHL, Hertz, Beauvais (International) Ltd, IBI Security, Nippon Gases and Scanwell Logistics.
Our vision
Our vision is to expand this high-quality, high-performing industrial estate by developing the portion of the site that is currently vacant to meet a critical local need for new employment space.
Our proposals aim to deliver highly sustainable warehouse buildings, attracting new businesses to the area and generating an estimated 400+ new jobs.
